Reiki Course of September 2004 (Montreal)

Hi everyone,

In the course, you will be taught the Reiki healing techniques for feeling the energy and controlling it in a way to enhance your health, well-being and growth.

The course system is divided in four separate levels. In Reiki 1, you will be given the basis of the system and tools for self-healing. In the level 2, you will be given 3 sacred symbols for the healing of physical, mental and spiritual ailments, along with absent healing. Once having taken Reiki 1 and Reiki 2, you can go on to Reiki 3 and Masters level. Level 3 will deepen your knowledge and understanding of energy and you will be more apt to start healing other people also. Level 4 is the Masters course, where you will be given the master symbol and learn how to teach others. Certificates are given upon completion of the courses.

Anyhow, I feel that level 3 & 4 are not so necessary for the beginner student as levels 1 and 2. I usually like to recommend the students to practice for a good time what they received in the first levels before attending to go further.

I have been giving Reiki and Karuna courses since 1999 in Brazil, England and now in Canada! I studied Reiki with Brazilian, Italian and English Masters from 1995. My last training was with the English Master Allan Sweeney. Allan was the first Western to get the original manuscripts of Dr Usui, which changed many established views in the way Reiki has been seen and taught in the West.

What I experience with the Reiki Course is that after attending it, people start seeing the world in a different perspective. It is a life changing experience for many. You have to take in consideration, though, that in a few days course you cannot achieve much if you don't apply that change in your life on a daily basis. Reiki is just a push for you to step into another reality of perception. We are usually unaware of this wonderful energetic world around us and of our influence on it. I believe that with Reiki, we start bringing that awareness back to our lives. Inner development is something that will stay with you forever.

The dates and time of next course are on the top of this page. You can chose to take Reiki 1 first and Reiki 2 on another occasion. I find more helpful and comprehensive if you take both together. However, if you feel like taking just one, you are not obliged to take the level 2. A minimum of five people, though, is required for the courses to happen. The cost of each of the courses is 75$. The price for students is 60$ for each course.
