Reiki is a natural method of energy balancing for the purpose of stress reduction and relaxation. I work in a holistic way, giving equal attention to body, mind and spirit. The treament can involve "the laying on of hands", although this is not required for Reiki to be effective. Sessions may be of 15 to 60 minutes.
